RESPONSIBILITIES
On site support testing and debug of product, system production
Support define test method of product during NPI phase and massive production as well
Develop, validate, and maintain testing tools, ICT test for production line (Jig/Fixtures test for functional PCBA and Finish Goods…) by MSA, GR&R, Cpk tools
Design for Test (DFT) and run test plans in conjunction with Project Engineer/US based to validate electronic boards
Repair and debug electronic boards from production tools and machines
Testing software for designed Jig/Fixture
PCB, Circuit design with Altium, Eagle or other PCB CAD software
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or master’s degree in Mechatronics/Electronics
2 to 7 years working in the electronics field or circuit design. Familiar ICT test
Electronic test tools for test: LCR, multi-meter, oscilloscope, debug and integration system of embedded system, JTAG tools
Knowledge about communication buses: RS232, RS485, Zigbee, I2C, CAN
Ability programming one or more micro controller Arduino, Raspberry, PIC MCU
Knowledge 8D Method, six sigma, seven tool, 5S, 4M,…
