Bàn phím Bluetooth khó kết nối với Windows 10

Em đã thay pin, tình hình không thay đổi.

Ko dùng receiver. Cái hình anh đưa chỉ báo là cái bàn phím từng được paired với laptop thôi chứ hiện tại nó ko có đang kết nối. Anh kiểm tra lại phần nguồn của bàn phím xem

Chào các bác,
Em có cái bàn phím kết nối bluetooth silent Logitech K380, nói chung xài em nó rất ngon (máy cũ dùng Win 7). Nhưng em mới chuyển qua xài máy mới xài Win 10 kết nối được (pair thành công), nhưng nó hầu như không thể gõ được.
Em cố gắng update cả Windows, cả driver nhưng không thể làm gì hơn. Trên website của Logitech có ghi rõ là hoạt động được trên Win 10:

Bàn phím này dùng Bluetooth không có USB receiver.
