Doctors have given Marco Melandri the green light to race in Thursday's Dutch TT free practice. The Italian Honda rider, who was part of a spectacular spill at the start of last Sunday's Catalunyan GP, is still suffering from a stiff neck but said Wednesday that he was "satisfied with my recovery."
"I never thought I'd be here after last Sunday's accident," Melandri told reporters in Assen.
