Động cơ cherolet 3 máy chỉnh cò như thế nào bác nào biết không?

Đây anh,
Hi Will,
I'm assuming you've got the valve timing right while refitting the cambelt. Obviously, you have the cambelt and rocker covers off, so that's convenient for a) turning the cam/crank shafts and b) finding out where #1 piston (nearest the cambelt) is.

**Everything's easier if the spark plugs are removed.

Here goes:--

1) Turn the camshaft using a 17mm ring (not ratchet) spanner CW (easiest!) until #1 cylinder piston is at TDC on the compression stroke (check both cams off the cam lobes, ie., not pushing the rocker arms).

2) In this position, the clearances of the following valves can be adjusted: Cyl#1 Inlet, Cyl#1 Exhaust, Cyl#2 Inlet, & Cyl#3 Exhaust.

3) Now turn camshaft 180deg. In this position, the remaining 2 valve clearances, viz., Cyl#2 Exhaust and Cyl#3 Inlet, can be set.

**HOLD THE ADJUSTER SCREW WITH A SCREWDRIVER TO PREVENT IT FROM TURNING WHILE TIGHTENING THE LOCKNUT!

**RECHECK EACH CLEARANCE AGAIN, AFTER TIGHTENING!

4) Refit rocker and cambelt covers, spark plugs and leads.

**COLD CLEARANCES:-- INLET .006", EXHAUST .012", +/- .0005"

(This info is from the Manual and double checked for your safety).

For those of you doing the valve clearance on a routine service, remove the rocker cover and spark plugs. Its necessary for turning the camshaft and aligning the timing marks to remove the cambelt upper cover only. Its a pain for space so I removed the charcoal canister--just 2 pipes and slide it up off the fixing. For accurate alignment of the timing marks use a 17mm ring (not ratchet) spanner. Rest is as per points 1) to 4) above.

Hope this helps. Sorry if this sounds too elementary in parts, but the details may help someone else.

Erich.
