Bác toyotaprevia199 nói đúng ah, dầu hộp số của lexus này là loại dầu lifetime ko cần phải thay, chỉ cần kiểm tra sau mỗi 30k miles. Dầu hộp số này thay ko đơn giản, bác nên mang vào hãng Toyota đê thay nếu cần thiết.
Em post tài liệu sau để nếu bác nào cần phải thay thì nắm được quy trình khá phức tạp này:
1. BEFORE FILLING TRANSMISSION
- This transmission requires Toyota Genuine ATF WS.
- It is necessary to refill the transmission with the correct amount of fluid.
- The vehicle must remain level while adjusting the transmission fluid level.

FILL TRANSMISSION PAN WITH FLUID
"
(a) Remove the refill plug and overflow plug.
(b) Fill the transmission through the refill hole until fluid begins to trickle out of the overflow tube.(c) Reinstall the overflow plug.
3. FILL TRANSMISSION
(a) Fill the transmission with the correct amount of fluid as listed in the table below.(b) Reinstall the refill plug to avoid fluid splash.
Standard capacity:
HINT:If you cannot add the listed amount of fluid, do the following:
(1) Install the refill plug.
(2) Allow the engine to idle with the air conditioning OFF.
(3) Move the shift lever through entire gear range to circulate fluid.
(4) Wait for 30 seconds with the engine idling.
(5) Stop the engine.
(6) Remove the refill plug and add fluid.
(7) Reinstall the refill plug.
4. CHECK FLUID TEMPERATURE NOTE:
The fluid temperature can be confirmed by checking the D sift indicator in the meter or by Techstream. It is necessary to change to fluid temperature detection mode.
HINT:The fluid temperature should be less than 30°C (86°F) before beginning the fluid temperature check.
(a) When using the Techstream:
(1) Turn the ignition switch OFF.
(2) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(3) Turn the ignition switch ON
NOTICE:
+ Do not start engine yet.
+ Check that electrical systems such as the air conditioning system, audio system and lighting system are off.
(4) Enter the following menus: Powertrain / ECT / Active Test / Connect the TC and TE1.
(5) Select the item "Data List / A/T Oil Temperature 1.
(6) Check A/T Oil Temperature 1.
NOTICE:
+ If the fluid temperature is below 46°C (115°F), proceed to the next step. (Recommended ATF temperature 39°C (102°F) or less.)
+ If the fluid temperature is 46°C (115°F) or more, turn the ignition switch OFF and wait until the fluid temperature drops below 39°C (102°F).
(7) Push the active test menu: Connect the TC and TE1 / ON.
(8) Start the engine
(b) When not using the Techstream (using D sift indicator):
(1) Connect terminals CG (4) and TC (13) of the DLC3 using SST. SST: 09843-18040
(2) Start the engine. NOTE: Check that electrical systems such as the air conditioning system, audio system and lighting system are off.
HINT: Indicator lights of the meter blink to output DTCs when terminals TC and CG are connected.
(c) Slowly move the shift lever from the P to the S position, Shift the gear from 1st to 6th and then return the shift lever return to P position.
(d) Move the shift lever to D, and quickly move back and forth between N and D (once within 1.5 seconds) for at least 6 seconds. This will activate the fluid temperature detection mode. NOTE: D sift indicator remains illuminated for 2 seconds and then off.
(e) When using the Techstream
1) Return the shift lever to P and press "OFF" on the Active Test display.
(f) When not using the Techstream: (1) Return the shift lever to P and disconnect terminals 13 (TC) and 4 (CG).
(g) Allow the engine to idle until the fluid temperature reaches 39 to 46°C (102 to 115°F).(h) The D sift indicator will come on again when the fluid temperature reaches 39°C (102°F) and will blink when it exceeds 46°C (115°F).

5. CHECK FLUID LEVEL NOTE:
The fluid temperature must be between 39°C (102°F) and 46°C (115°F) to accurately check the fluid level.
(a) Remove the overflow plug with the engine idling.
(b) Check that the fluid comes out of the overflow tube. If fluid does not come out, proceed to the "REFILL TRANSMISSION WITH FLUID" procedures. If fluid comes out, wait until the overflow slows to a trickle and proceed to the "AFTER FILLING TRANSMISSION" procedures.
6. REFILL TRANSMISSION WITH FLUID
(a) Install the overflow plug.(b) Stop the engine.(c) Remove the refill plug.(d) Add 0.4 liters (0.42 US qts, 0.35 Imp. qts) of fluid.(e) Allow the engine to idle and wait for 10 seconds.(f) Proceed to the "CHECK FLUID LEVEL".
7. AFTER FILLING TRANSMISSION
(a) Install the overflow plug with a new gasket.
Torque: 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)(b) Stop the engine.(c) Install the refill plug with a new O-ring.
Torque: 39 Nm (400 kgf-cm, 29 ft-lbf)
