Company incorporation can be done within few hours, subject to ACRA approval.

Nominee Director
Under Singapore Companies Act, a Private Limited Company must have at least 1 local resident director.
If you are a foreigner and have difficulties in this aspect, we can try to seek a local resident director to act as a nominee director for your company to full fill in this statutory requirement.
The fee is estimated to be around S$2000/- yearly.

REGISTERED ADDRESS SERVICE
To subscribe if you do not have a local office address for your Company Incorporation which is a requirement when you lodged with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) for registration of company in Singapore.

Your company is instantly presented as being well established by using our Office registered address as it is located at Singapore Central Business District area (CBD).
Our fee for registered address is S$10/-month. Security deposit of S$30/- is required (refundable).
Postage deposit of S$50/- (refundable) is also required if you need us to forward your mails by post, this deposit will be used to offset your mailing fees. All mails received will have an option for self-collection or redirect to your preferred address.
Each standard letter redirected is chargeable at 80 cents per piece. For all others mails, fees will be deducted accordingly based on the size and weight.

Các bác lưu ý là có 1 số thiên đường offshore như British Virgin Islands ko phải là thành viên WTO nên cty mở ở đó sẽ bị hạn chế góp vốn và làm ăn ở VN nhé.

@son_kts: Thu nhập bản quyền mà bác nói đến ở trên là trong trường hợp bác bán bản quyền của tác phẩm văn học, âm nhạc, phim ảnh, sáng chế... chứ phần mềm không thuộc diện này. Nếu là phần mềm nhập khẩu thì hạch toán thuế rất đơn giản vì nó chỉ như mọi món hàng hóa khác nhưng phần mềm do công ty bác viết ra thì phức tạp hơn nhiều vì phải hạch toán rõ ràng các chi phí cho việc viết ra phần mềm đó (cái này phải là dân chuyên kế toán chứ tôi không nắm rõ). Còn một điều cần lưu ý đối với phần mềm nhập khẩu là phần chi phí trả cho bên bán cho việc cài đặt, hướng dẫn sử dụng v.v... thì lại phải chịu thuế nhà thầu nên tốt nhất là hợp đồng phải tách bạch rõ phần này khỏi giá trị bản quyền phần mềm. Nếu không thì bên thuế sẽ áp mức giá trị này cao phết đấy (tôi phải lục lại văn bản thì mới biết là bao nhiêu).

Bên e nhập phần mềm windows =CD, về khai thuế =0, khi thuế kiểm tra, quyết toán, nó truy thu khoản thuế này

Hồi xưa chưa bị hạn chế, mới bị khoảng 3 năm gần đây. Những thằng đã làm thì ko bị hồi tố.
Giờ chỉ được đầu tư vào quỹ hoặc cty kinh doanh vốn hoặc cty thuần tuý sản xuất, không đc đầu tư vào cty thương mại nữa.

Đúng vậy! Tôi cũng đã tìm hiểu vụ này và được biết phí dịch vụ trọn gói là 6000$ (trả trước và không hoàn lại)! Nhưng bên tư vấn trả lời rằng: "Cách đây mấy năm vụ mở tài khoản không có vấn đề gì nhưng hiện nay thì phải đến gặp trực tiếp ngân hàng để họ phỏng vấn. Sau đó quyết định có chấp thuận hay không phải chờ 2 tuần để ngân hàng thẩm tra hồ sơ!!!"
Bên tư vấn gợi ý là khả năng dễ được chấp nhận hơn nếu mở tài khoản tại Latvia. Tuy nhiên, các ngân hàng Latvia hiện đang được đưa vào sổ đen rửa tiền của một số ngân hàng lớn nên rất dễ bị từ chối giao dịch. Nhưng tôi phát hiện ra rằng nếu mở tài khoản tại Thụy Sỹ thì khả năng được chấp nhận gần như chắc chắn chỉ có điều các ngân hàng ở đây đòi số tiền nộp vào để mở tài khoản tối thiểu là ... 500.000$
