After a thorough wash of the vehicle, we clay bar all panels to ensure paint smoothness and absence of any contaminants. Smooth panels are absolutely necessary in achieving a perfect finish. Vinyl wrap is relatively thin – any imperfections in the paint could appear as high-spots after the wrap.
To achieve an OEM-finish & 100% coverage, we remove any necessary parts as required. Typically, this includes lights, bumpers, handles, mirrors, grilles & badges. Doors and quarter panels do not require removal. Factory-painted bolts are not affected.
We are licensed automotive technicians.
All edges of vinyl are folded neatly to the reverse side of each panel or component wherever possible. This affords the best possible finish and also eliminates chances of any vinyl peeling. Each panel/component is wrapped individually.
There is no need to remove window glass – we tuck edges of vinyl under rubber window seals.
Attention to detail is the key to an enthusiast-grade finish. Where possible, we wrap reverse sensors, too!
